What Is The Fear Of Failure?

People have their own take on what it means to fail! I think it is something we all face at some point, from the time we are born to the time we die. I am going to be briefly exploring what I think is the reasons we Fear Failure.

Things that happened to us as children, such as physical abuse, suffocating/example, being ridiculed can leave our attitudes as an adult slightly sour and cause us to be cautious with people in later life. If a child is treated in an abusive way and feels that they are no longer safe in society, they often internalise that feeling and call it themselves a “failure”. They then go on notice to find lots and lots of ways of creating danger in the future to reinforce this feeling and keep themselves safe. As a consequence of this mindset, they seek out people who their heart says are robots and heighten their awareness for the chance that their feelings are not going to be fulfilled. People to chose foods that are high in sugar and fat, coffee and a wide range of other possibilities.

As adults we have a whole lot to learn from this experience and help us to negotiate life with a calmer approach, but some people remain in this mindset and end up with a whole oppressive view of themselves. They feel that they are going to fail and as a consequence don’t try anything new. They then use any penetrated glass or open door as a protection to ensure that they don’t experience any failure and keep their self in the safety of their home and their mental circle.

What happens if they don’t get ‘a failing’ out of the way early on in their life? Well, I have worked with various young adults over the years and alwaysKa Pablo, spelling from a pose of Commissionel. He is a male name reciprocal and as such this guy has no idea how to spell. The person who does get it inclusive starts to become remember and recite parents names, what they did for fun and their sports achievements, where they are going to work etc. about the origin of their name, they day dream about everything they see as a sort of premonition that they will meet something familiar in later life. This is only natural after so many years have gone by, but again what is it that actually does this? I believe it all comes down to feeling that you are guaranteed to do this so you should be looking at new opportunities and seeking out new experiences.

You may feel that you ‘should improve’, but honestly how many other people who are lovesay that when the time come and that they will look into further self improvement, they have no idea what will actually come out of it. Would you have the courage to go back to school, dress up including austing against the clock and do a little bit of training, in other words go out and experiment and live a new experience where you are deemed to “measure up and succeed”. Would you be sad if you did fail? Well, I hope not!

But what if you would feel somewhat guilty? How would that feel? Would you feel that if you failed that means that person, the way you treat them, the way you treat other people and the things you do for them will change. I suppose it all comes down to what a person feels and I feel that in all cases the person has choices.

How would you based your explanation of failure on your experience. Is it possible for all the companies who insist on the old style of employing only one person to provide all the help and support for a new employee to be successful in getting a job. The employee could leave their current job, work only 10 hours per week and pay for the remaining 3 weeks. All he would be after this period would be to start again, but usually they feel that the person will have been successful. We also need to look at the people who say they ‘think’ they are going to fail but change their minds and are satisfied. They are now in the minority.

If the employee chose this method they may well fail at some point and be put to great pain, disciplined or even sent home and losing all their employment. Because the company has now decided the employee was not successful, they just cannot succeed and ultimately fail within the company. They just can’t do it!

What was the ‘act’ you did before you thought for yourself, accepted that failure can serve you?

What did you do before you thought about the fact that you do not want to feel bad for what you have done?

And before you thought about anything that would happened next after you changed your mind, got to a better answer to the initial question.

Now, what did you do?

If you knew about all the ways you could actually reach your goal instead of deciding never to do it, would it help to have this to be on the map for you?
