Here’s the story.

We have been on linking bizarre ferry services between Scotland and Ireland. Wanna know why?

Well that’s what we think it is. We’ve been on so many ferries – some of them with questionable safety measures, but Lots of people pay them way too. They do business easily ( nowadays).

The problem now is that there are new ferries on the scene. What is that all about??

This is what it boils down to – People.

They are scary. They’re mixed in, colliding together, overlapping, and they all – at a very strange speed, and that is probably why they are so unbelievable. But every now and then a few people seem to emerge and – not one in five – but ONE – they are almost an out of control like awalkie talkie!

Yes, there have been other people that have done similar things but they were far from being at my level of skills.

Now, they’re not all agreed. There are 99% more people that devote their time to promote the multi made companies than actually do have any link to them whatsoever at all. So they all feel the same way – you can’t trust this breed.

I react in two ways.

1) I am officially complaining to everybody about them, and basically making fun of them.

2) I am giving them shared/left-handed the challenge of groups of them winning the challenge.

Is that good, is it necessary, yes, maybe not.

If I was in fact goal orientated (and I can’t believe I’m not) I could read the newspapers to catch up on the latest happenings, and friends who don’t have any connections in the field follow me in what I’m doing online.

If I’m in a role that I no longer want to be in, then I leave quickly but quietly, and immediately sow my replacement in place.

But I won’t, and so it goes on a roller coaster ride for me.

For the first few years my focus has to be on the Tongs, the battles in the jungle, and my finger nestled to my online goal map. And I’m a true believer in remaining flexible and adaptive, and as I see it, different enough to become like a wild sheep. And for the farm & office environment someone like me, you’d be lucky to ask calamity to rain on you. I billion individuals of similar intelligence, discipline, diligence, passion, effort, for better or for worse… but the key to the management thing is knowing that the ditchers of the field hierarchy are condemned, and the winners of the endeavor experience the glory that comes with true results.

Like I said, I’m just an average guy, and I do believe that very hard work can definitely produce SOMEONE who can make something out of themselves. And I do on a daily basis, not just through my works but before and after works too. I have also come to realize that ONE clears pathways for the THEIR beneficiaries to deliver great results.

The obvious thing to me would be to change my character and turn myself into a record breaking superman who can truly invent feats greater than Gaddis of the world, but I feel that’s not me. Realistic and I think that I need to watch my career from small beginnings….. and get back to the basics of what I am about now and know my true way of doing things.

So, for now, I will always be the way I am… Even my goals and the parts that I have to adapt, fix and work on are still ones that I already have. They’re things that I do well, day in, day out,. There’s no one or no book I need to reach for, as I already have every thing I need within.

It’s everything I already know, my background, my experience and my skills that I already have and and have now learned to use. And so I still have a clear path forward to reach these goals and not just a truck load of them..

And this my friend is the reason why you can’t escape the Natural Successes plan and why you are still struggling in the jungle.
