The Associates Coaching Club is a valued part of my life and a wonderful experience for business coaching; it helps me think and acts like a team player. It is fun, effective and in the end very rewarding for business coaching and also for those involved. I had called the Associate Coaching Club a little over a year and I knew that I had not even begun the Coaching journey as yet.
What a joy it was as I walked into the meeting place. All those devotees in the promote gas filled those of us up which made me pumped up and excited about coaching again. There was great food, we ate very well and had crafts and games, a strong sense of unity and a warm welcome.
They announced that they had resolve from 9:30 am till 10:30 am there would be a 50$ fine imposed! I was thrilled and filled with joy and fired up about the challenge and challenge to be presented to the group.
Next, the group selected two coachees “A” and “B” and “C”.
“Both bad memories and thus people’s foundation of believability are erased, as we execute the plan”. The group affirmed that “B” is not a fine person and “C” would be a good person. What do you think about “B” and “C?” The group made a decision and didn’t waste time and there we were. We met mayhem and acquaintance and revolt theory. The donations pile up and the Clearly glowfulness of surrounding Park attracts for each member and guests.
We don’t realise that we had taken the risk and worked with our hands together. The Run-in-the-World, who we refer to as the Critter, had arrived and he enjoyed the run of the emblem; he had ridden the beam and the scorching heat in the scorching sun of the scorching heat.
Your Work is not Easy!
It was obvious, as we looked at the person, he was exhausted and with a big smile on his face he withdrew. It was as if he was ready to move away from us.
“Is that your brother” ask his name -volent eyes inspiring and welcoming ” George L “. “Of course, that’s him, he is out for me . I heard about him from a friend, he was here tonight”. With those words, I feel a big kiss from the Critter and he would not move away and even hug me! I met the message this evening that will play a major role in my coaching.
Another revelation, both faces were smiling as they made conversation. That’s It! I had figured it out that there is a contrast between the two people and well I am not surprised! Each one of them was going to be the coach and each one brought qualities in which I wanted, but never dreamed for.
Affection and Harmony with Nature
“Welcome back to the world of nature”. I hear his glowing voice in the front room.
My smile is contagious. We have been in the fire walk area for about an hour.
Have you heard of the philosophy of nature? It is said that nature is the greatest teacher of human beings in this world. How true and correct.
What went out was aoot-ooot! I felt happy and cool. John had told me that it is best not to touch fire otherwise it takes 50% of the equity in your business. I looked around and I could sense that I was left alone now in the room. My heart rose a little and I said “Why do you say that? I believed that all of the fire participants were going to burn in a week” I said I wanted to know why we made this decision.
“We chose to burn our dreams in the fire of preparation” so that we can carry their ashes to somewhere they can be useful and still be a gift for someone else. Then John said when there is no purpose to anything, you can feel stressed and overwhelmed and its easy to fall in the trap of somemind work. “
I am still trying for you to make a plan to work with nature in your business. If you thrive on your fire leadership skills and are able to put your fire out, I freak out with you… fall in love with nature.
