The Power of Conscious Energy

What is Conscious Energy?

Conscious energy is the ability to sustain consciousness and focus on a particular development of the inner self. Conscious energy is connected with the brain, or the mind. This means that if the mind is free to work is, the body functions better. For example, when you suffer from pain, the pleasure center of your brain usually wants to spend time thinking about the pain. The thought of the pain can be felt at the pleasure center of the brain. An example of this is when someone broke their arm while jogging. The brain did not want to think too much about it because of the pain, but in time they began to love the pain and the pleasure of the action. The release of endorphins in the brain helps that to be comfortable. Like the brain, energy works in the same way, once it is released, it wants to continue to help you enjoy life. That may be when someone knocks you back and you must get up and run again, not the other way around. We do not always have this luxury of being able to use our energy like that, but we certainly should not.*

Consciousness is about creating and understanding your own life in the midst of all the circumstances in life. Every experience is a chance to improve your life. Every challenge and opportunity is an opportunity to increase your value. To make the conscious decision that you will not settle for less than you are worth in this life. When you understand that you are connected to a universal power of intelligent energy, your perceptions start to change, the room around you seems to open up and other things start to fall into place. And you realize that problems are not solved, problems are found.

How to Consciously Create Your Life

To consciously create your life you have to give up all that you currently believe in, you have to gain a higher level of faith. Then you must free yourself to what you believe, your desires, and your dreams. Find on paper, what you want in life and write it down. Do not stop to think about how you are going to achieve your desires, it is not important. The more you place attention on it, the more real it will become. Do not try and analyze why something is important, it will only slow you down. If it is a bigger challenge, do not doubt yourself, just act and keep doing. You should know that no matter whether you have it or not at the present time, it is yours. Most of the time our thoughts and emotions do not serve us well. We may have desires, that great success, but the internal chatter of the mind is distracting us to put things off.

An example of this is when we reach for a bottle of water in a dark room. We must ask ourselves whether or not we really want it. Is it really good for us? Did we really want it. Consist tea husks. When we reach for the water it will not be as clear as when we touch it, or the taste might change, exposing our minds to it. We may soon find ourselves forget that we want it and therefore become discouraged. As your mind clears and you start to understand through your continual sincere efforts to get rid of the internal clutter, you start to make conscious decisions. Your subconscious mind will do whatever it takes to create the reality you desire, but you have to be in the right place at the right time. Every thing or event that you ever want has already been brought into your life, it has occurred out of focus. You did not see it coming, on a conscious level, but on an subconscious. A repetitive occurrence of events has brought it to yourself. The fail in your business is not something that was created by you, but only the manifestation of the result of your past thoughts. You can now consciously create things in your life. That is how you live your life, hopefully with more gratitude and understanding of your equal branness. * It all boils down to what you want!
