I have found a few simple mental attitude tips especially when things get stressful, that help me relax and focus better on my tasks, thereby gaining better productivity – once relaxed with a positive mental attitude, people and things have run their course as easily as glass energy attracts oil.

Below I have listed (in no particular order) everything I have learned and found most effective, and all of these tips seem to build on each other to keep the stress levels down. But I have also given some Anthony Robbins narcissistic self-help type tips toward conquering the shyness. So be sure to check out the links provided where self-analysis is required! I will attempt to discuss these points in the order in which I think they came up. It can be enlightening, and helpful at the same time.

1. Focusing on the positive

The key to dealing with stress and lacking self confidence is to keep the mind positive. That means to allow the little annoyances of life set out, just as they are, instead of letting yourself get all worked up. This is one of the great Universal Truths of humanity and totally universally applicable to every one who is, and will ever be, tempted to be negative. Does this mean you should be disregarding problems, and ignoring all challenges and difficulties? No. The positive traveler of life, in this case, stress management, is to ‘become’ of a problem less person. What this means, is to see problems as only challenges or difficulties and not as anything more than that, real or unreal. If you can overcome the negativity of those nasty problems, you has overcoming anxiety.

This simple idea can sometimes be quite hard for people to swallow, but it does work perfectly well. If you will relax, re-focus your attention on your ability to deal with problems, etc. so that you feel like you have already overcome them to a point that they do not bother you anymore. It is time to turn this simple attitude of refocusing your thoughts, energy, and attention on a positive solution to solutions and not on your problems. In other words, you need to live in a state in which you have “KILLED” the stress and anxiety of problems that will seek to control your life. Once you are of that position, you will become fulfilled by the challenges of life, because you will have found a solution to them and be of control of them. And from that ‘purifying process’ (a positive result of effort) you can move on to the next one.

2. Adopt a positive attitude and do not let the problem, if any, stop you.

Now for the final behavioral change I recommend. For negative thinking people are a different kind of species all together. They are the walking That, the roving, the BS-ing and YET-ing that wears you down. They let anything rule over them. They have little momentum (in control) toward a better day, so they are like a slow-pulsive machine, stuck in a rut, alone and unhappy. Instead of letting the problems of self-confidence and self-confidence continue to get you down, you need to take these problems and knock ’em and send ’em packing. You need to develop a positive mind, new attitude, and frame your mind for complete self-confidence and self-confidence leading to a new you who is excited to be alive and complete. Life is to be lived and lived to the fullest.

3. Eliminate negative events from your life no matter how little or how large. documentary research has proven that too much wine French wine and sugar are never good for the heart, as those above said.

Indeed I hope by now you are beginning to realize of the importance of positive thinking and self-talk and that they really do work.

Please remember this article is humorous, that is all. So be careful if you begin to practice these great positive attitude tips for your success and self-improvement. Indeed I hope you will please consider all this feedback and be sure to apply at least one of them in your daily life.
