How to Create Clear Vision for a Year Using the Wise Mind

Wisdom is the gateway to clarity and true vision in the lives of those who are committed to putting their practice into daily practice. Your clarity and insight about a set of consistent principles, values and intentions results in a more creative life path. Basically it brings you into a creative partnership with the wise, all knowing, comfortable, unconditionally loving One who knows exactly who you are, your true essence of Light and abiding presence.

However, you must first be able to open up and receive, or receive the wisdom, or reveal what is going on here in your daily life experience. The first step of living a life of integrity and quality is to get quiet and be aware of what is going on in your life. Take a journal or notebook with you and think about what parts of your daily busy life are not adding anything to you.

What are the people who are surrounding you doing for you? How is it serving you? How is it supporting you to move forward in your life?

How many times have you attended a meeting, heard about a new book being written, had an opportunity for a long overdue vacation, or seen a bit of news on television that left you feeling uplifted and inspired about your life? All these are ways of becoming conscious of what you have within you that can be used to create new thoughts, new actions and new or different ways of being for the days to come.

In the New Energy, we encourage you to be conscious of your true essence and the wounds that are healed in your mind, body, spirit and soul.

Step One: Look within to the heart centre of your chest, feel it centre to yourself that part of the center which is naturally open to your own loving presence and higher self. See this area solid, yet still to be perceived as softness forming to the heart and also softening to the rest of the heart, like a magnet hanging on the middle of an magnet stick. Your heart is in full openness right now, to receive your own gentle guidance.

Step two: If you look at your heart, without judgement, while feeling your all loving presence, imagine a soft glowing light, which is all light, of the Oneness of all. Look at this light, feeling it’s capable strength, but never try to do this. The softness of this light is what creates a field in your awareness. This light energy is your connection to the wisdom of the One. It is a resonance where you do not feel the characteristic attributes of false beliefs. The light’s light is a reaction to your own gradual shift to release things that you have been hanging on to.

Step three: In your imagination for a moment, be with yourself during this period of intro discovery of what you have in you. Allow it to feel as if you are the light or the light in your own individual center. Pressure or pressure against your heart center, will simply dissolve. If you feel pressure in any way, just run your hands through the soft heart center, to give it the attention and respect it so deserves for all that it does for you. This will get you out of your own way and back into your true conscious connection with the wise, all knowing presence of your own heart.

When you have successfully affected your heart center by doing these three steps once or twice, you are now tapping into your own deep unconscious reservoir of intuition. Your intuition will come forth and grow stronger over time. This trust in yourself and the appreciation for yourself for your own self-worthiness helps you to live your life with a unique and strategic plan of being, trusting and standing on what you want for your life, giving you the courage and strength to turn away from the usual treadmill of living a life full of unhappiness and doubt and to just be able to stand in your own presence, free from fear of being hurt in some way.
